Welcome to BroPicks. By accessing or using our site, products, or services, you agree to the following terms. Read carefully, bro—once you roll with us, you’re locked in.

1. Eligibility

2. Product Use & Responsibility

BroPicks are designed for everyday carry and utility. By purchasing and using our products, you agree:

  • You are solely responsible for how you use them.

  • You will not hold BroPicks, its owners, employees, or affiliates liable for any injury, damage, or consequence resulting from use or misuse of our products.

  • All risk of use rests entirely with you, the customer.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any shipping and taxes. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship as fast as we can, but once it leaves our hands, timing and handling are on the carrier. Delays, damage, or loss during transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened, unworn apparel (like hats and shirts) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Due to the nature of our core product (toothpicks), returns are not accepted if they have been opened or used.

  • That said, we always aim to keep our bros satisfied and will work with you to make things right when possible.

6. Subscriptions

If you sign up for a reload subscription, you’ll be charged automatically based on your plan. Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, product designs, and content are property of BroPicks. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without written permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing from BroPicks, you agree:

  • You assume all risk associated with the use of our products.

  • BroPicks is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses caused by use or misuse of products.

  • All liability, legal or otherwise, rests solely with you, the customer.
