One-Time Purchases

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already shipped.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, hit us up at info@bropicks.com and we’ll do our best to intercept it.
Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be canceled anytime before the product ships.

Once it ships, it’s considered a completed order and follows our return policy.

If you’re having second thoughts, reach out before the shipping confirmation lands.
Subscriptions (Reloads)

Subscriptions are flexible—you can cancel, pause, or change your plan anytime before your next billing date.

Once you’ve been charged and your reload ships, that shipment can’t be canceled, but future ones can.

Manage your subscription through your account or email us if you need backup.
Refunds for Cancellations

Approved cancellations for unshipped orders or pre-orders will be refunded to your original payment method.

Subscription cancellations stop future charges but do not refund past ones.
