Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

We like to keep things straight with our bros. Here’s how cancellations work depending on what you snagged:


One-Time Purchases

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already shipped.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, hit us up at info@bropicks.com and we’ll do our best to intercept it.


Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders can be canceled anytime before the product ships.

  • Once it ships, it’s considered a completed order and follows our return policy.

  • If you’re having second thoughts, reach out before the shipping confirmation lands.


Subscriptions (Reloads)

  • Subscriptions are flexible—you can cancel, pause, or change your plan anytime before your next billing date.

  • Once you’ve been charged and your reload ships, that shipment can’t be canceled, but future ones can.

  • Manage your subscription through your account or email us if you need backup.


Refunds for Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations for unshipped orders or pre-orders will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Subscription cancellations stop future charges but do not refund past ones.


Bottom line: If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll work with you. If it’s already on the way, it’s yours, bro.
