BroPicks Return Policy
We want every Bro to be 100% stoked about their gear. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how we handle returns:
Apparel & Accessories (Hats, Shirts, etc.)

You’ve got 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened, unworn, and unused merchandise.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
BroPicks (Toothpicks & Refills)

Due to the personal-use nature of our core product, we generally cannot accept returns on opened or used BroPicks.

That said, we’ve always got your back. If there’s an issue with quality, damage, or something just isn’t right, reach out to us. We’ll do what it takes to make it right and keep you in the Brotherhood.
How to Start a Return

Shoot us a message at returns@bropicks.com with your order number and details.

We’ll send you instructions for shipping your items back.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
